RATES AND AVAILABILITY
The house is available for rental all year round.
For a 7-night stay for up to 14 persons, the rates are as follows:
Low Season: £1800 per week
Mid Season: £2200 per week
High Season: £3000 per week
Change over day is Friday. The house is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
During low and mid season, the Captains House is available for a 3-night weekend stay (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), the rates are as follows:
Low Season: £1200 per weekend
Mid Season: £1500 per weekend
Change over days for weekends are Friday and Monday. The house is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

A £500 refundable security deposit is required with all bookings. It is recommended that guests arrange suitable travel/holiday insurance during their stay.
